The Florida Mentoring Partnership continues to promote a goal of recruiting 10 percent of each state agencies employees to become mentors. This goal is supported by the administrative rule passed by Florida Cabinet, which allows state employees up to five hours each month to mentor. Each of these agencies or commissions is partnered with one or more public schools. State employees may choose to mentor at one of these schools or through other programs offered by our state partners.
